Little Palm Island’s Dining Room Makes House Calls

Chef Luis Pous and Culinary Director Nick Fielding of Little Palm Island (in Little Torch Key, Florida), along with a server, have made themselves available to travel anywhere within the U.S. (given 30 days’ notice) to prepare and provide the ultimate dinner party.

The Little Palm Island culinary team will create a special menu for the event highlighting Chef Pous’ vibrant cuisine, with all food and hollowware—such as creamers, coffee pots, soup tureens and more—included. Prices start at US$10,000 for up to ten people.

Alcoholic beverages, including wine pairings, and china/stemware/flatware are available at an additional charge. Travel expenses also are additional.

A sample seven-course menu includes:

Avocado ~ Toasted Corn Nuts ~ Red Chili ~ Coconut Geleé

Seared Bay Scallops
Hearts of Palm Sofrito ~ Key Lime Beurre Blanc

Hudson Valley Foie Gras
Cuban Banana Tentacion Tart ~ Jalapeno Pesto

Mojo Confit Pork Belly
Brown Raisin & Roaring 40s Polenta

Prime Dry Aged New York Steak
Black Bean, Plantain, Corn Hash ~ Mushroom and Truffle Chimichurri

Dulce de Leche 'Brazo de Gitano'
Warm Pineapple Confit ~ Coconut Sorbet
